To join the Home Builders Association of Northwest Iowa the annual fee is $348 with the dues being split as follows $198 for national, $125 for state and $25 for local.

The national dues funds are used to lobby for bills affecting our industry at the state and local levels. The local dues go to support the many ways we give back to our community. See some past and current projects here.
